Mr. Luqman El-Kasabany is the Managing Director of Shaykhi Academy and a native Arabic speaker from Egypt. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies (English Language) from the Faculty of Languages and Translation at Al-Azhar University in Cairo.
He is a Hafiz of the Holy Qur’an and has obtained multiple Qur’an Ijazat in various Qira’at, which qualify him to recite and teach the Qur’an professionally. He has extensive experience teaching Tajweed and Arabic reading to non-native speakers across different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
Mr. El-Kasabany has studied a wide spectrum of Islamic sciences at Al-Azhar University, including Tajweed, Arabic language, Fiqh, Aqeedah, Seerah, Tafseer, and Hadith. He currently teaches these subjects through online platforms.
In addition, he is the author of Al-Menhaj, the official curriculum of Shaykhi Academy, and holds the roles of Supervisor and Education Manager at the academy.
Alongside his academic responsibilities, he is committed to continuous self-improvement and professional development, with studies in child development, project management (PMP), and digital marketing.
At 26 years old, Masha’Allah, his youthful energy enables him to connect effectively with younger students and engage them in meaningful learning.
